We have been trained in a broad array of group facilitation techniques and use this deep skillset to create a process designed to best meet your needs. The process itself is transparent and we have helped clients not only achieve a specified result, but also increase their own capacity to work with groups through experiencing the process from the inside.
Our Process
Prior to any facilitation we learn the relevant factors that may influence the facilitation process. At the end of any facilitation you will receive comprehensive notes (within ten days) that not only capture the results of the process and but also identify the next steps to be taken.
